Last Wednesday night, 11th September 2013 at 11:30 PM after the rehearsal our Music Leader dropped us at the Train Station and I went down to Rashidiya MS.
Unfortunately there’s no taxi in line, so I decided to walk for 4 minutes towards our home holding my Guitar. Suddenly, while I was walking and listening to music a white car was following and driving around to catch me. I ran fast going to the other side, but he was eager to chase me.
That’s the time that I called my Family and to the Police Station that somebody’s following me, after when he was near me I shouted to GOD,
“LORD! PLEASE HELP ME, I DON’T KNOW NOW WHAT I’M GONNA DO! IN JESUS NAME!”
Then when I’m near the house my Mom and Bro-in-Law were outside, the Policeman called me back and they told me that they’re near and the man in the white car stopped in front of me. He thought that I will go with him in his car but that was the time that I memorized the plate number (M 97260) to be given to the Police. The Police came over, I told them what happened and they said, “Don’t worry, we will catch him.” Then I came inside the house, safe and sound. The End.
Thanks be to GOD for the strength and protection, He’s indeed great, all the glory to the LORD forever and ever!
“The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid?
When evil man advance against me to devour me,
it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident.” (Psalm 27:1-3)
“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” (Psalm 23:4)
We are not often talking about death, in reality it will not leave us alone. It is inevitable, in some point of our lives we will face it. But Jesus already conquered death, he was raised to life to rescue us. He guide, protect and comfort us in our journey and insure that our walk through death’s valley doesn’t end in death, but in glory. He is our LORD and Savior.
